Our flexibility training is unique, because we can easily alter each program to the target demographic, fitness level and stretching capabilities.

- Extensa Fitness - group flexibility training for all fitness and flexibility levels;
- Extensa Flow - group flexibility training choreographed to music using dance based techniques;
- Extensa Performance - small group flexibility training for sports specific needs.
Programs are altered to challenge the high performance athlete or help someone regain lost mobility for everyday living.
